A 15-year-old has been arrested and charged with first-degree murder in the death investigation of a 16-year-old girl, according to a news release from Davenport Police.
Kayvon M. Davis-Miller has been arrested and charged with first-degree murder and assault while participating in a felony in relation to a death investigation, the release says. The incident remains under investigation.

On Monday, March 4, shortly before 10 p.m., Davenport Police, Fire, and Medic EMS responded to a residence on the 1800 block of Grand Avenue fora report of gunfire with a victim inside a residence.
The victim was identified as De’Zia L. Bailey, 16.
