The mum-of-three can be seeing lying on her front as she shows off her famous behind.
She flicks through a newspaper with her chin in one hand.
Meanwhile her husband, who she married in 2008, lies beneath the duvet on his back while smoking a cigarette.
As soon as it was spotted by fans in the tour book, the image began circulating on social media.
The raunchy snap comes as it was revealed earlier this week that the famous couple had renewed their wedding vows.
Footage was shown on stadium screens as they took to the stage in Cardiff to perform more than 40 of their hits.
Fans watched as they kissed, flirted and held hands on stage as they confronted rumours of Jay-Z's infidelity head on.
They used the Principality Stadium's video screens to show how the cheating had rocked their marriage with images of their house on fire.
The video then saw them reuniting in a church and saying I Do for a second time.

The on-screen visuals gave the world a rare glimpse of their twins Rumi and Sir Carter.
